Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. “Alles prima und sehr nette Betreuung durch Clara. Auch die Lage am Rande der kleinen Altstadt ist sehr gut. Nur das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Kaffeepause und Milch waren ok. Sonst nur Zwieback und Süßes in Verpackungen. Also lieber Preis etwas runter und angeben, dass man in der Altstadt gut frühstücken kann. Das wäre angemessener. “We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit.”

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."

"I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down. No shower curtain if you need to shower. "
