"Leider würde unsere Ferienwohnung doppelt gebucht und war bei unserer Ankunft schon belegt. Die Gastgeber, hatten uns wohl über FeWo-direkt abgesagt. Leider kam davon nie etwas bei uns an. Allerdings könnten wir glücklicherweise statt in der Ferienwohnung in zwei rustikalen Holzhütten übernachten. Nach anfänglichem Schock war dann also alles okay, Die Betreiber vom Tipihof sind wirklich super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

As soon as I made the reservation, I received a message from the hotel about checking in after hours. Do yourself a favor...don't wait until you're sitting in the parking lot at 9:00 pm, trying to get in, to translate the message. It all worked out, though, and we had a wonderful time. "Ich habe spontan ein paar Tage auf dem Bauernhof von Elisabeth und ihrer Familie mit meinen zwei Töchtern (4 und 6) verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wohnlich. Für die Mäuse gab es genug Platz zum rumtanzen, puzzeln und spielen. Die Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm. Der Außenbereich war natürlich auch super interessant für die Kinder, auf jeden Fall Matschhosen und Gummistiefel einpacken! :-) Die verschmuste Hofhündin Sola war natürlich ein Highlight. "This was a very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately, the description on Expedia was inaccurate and caused us some inconvenience. The Expedia description was that the hotel had a 24/7 reception, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm due to late train connections, no one was at the hotel. "Als wir 4 Seniorinnen und Senioren eintrafen, war es in den Schlafzimmern und (3!) Bädern brrrr sehr kalt. Der Besitzer/Verwalter (?) hatte im Wohnraum/der Küche schon den wunderbaren Holzofen angemacht, das Holz brannte gemütlich. So konnte man gut am 6er-Tisch sitzen. Alles auch zum Kochen erforderliche war da. Auch einige nichtalkoholische Getränke, im Kühlschrank auch Bier. Etwas abenteuerlich über schmale steile Treppe zu erreichende Schlafräume oben. Wer dort war, hat i.a. gut geschlafen....
