"I'ts a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is so nice, the room is so clean and has details that make u feel at home. We liked the easter chocolate eggs they put in the cofee tray at the room. The breakfast was the best we have at all our europe trip, they really make an outstanding service even when we didn't reserve the breakfast they made a great buffet for us in 15 min with fresh bread and everything delicious. "Nice looking apartment within walking distance from the train station and a busstop right across the street. Public transport is free in Luxembourg, so you can get to nearly all interesting places by jumping on bus 9. The apartment itself has everything you'd need. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The only thing to note was a slight smell in.the kitchen, but that was gone after a day or so. I'm guessing it was due to a cleaning session or maybe an unused drain. "

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"It was our first visit to Luxembourg and our choice of hotel was just perfect - the hotel is situated in the historic centre, a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. We had a magnificent view from our balcony on the fifth floor. The room was impeccably clean, a complimentary fresh apple was a nice touch. The shower was newly refurbished, the bathroom lights modern and plentiful. Unfortunately, the Trianon bar was unexpectedly closed on Sunday night, so we were unable to sample the best cocktails in town - hopefully next time! Overall, Mr Cravat and his team made us feel at home, and we would certainly stay there again."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, we only had one night to explore the city and this was the perfect base. The staff are wonderful, all so friendly and helpful. There was an annual giant funfair starting the night we stayed and the hotel gave the children a toffee apple each to celebrate! Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. Would love to have stayed longer!"

"Great place to stay before my early morning flight. Check-in staff were helpful and friendly. It was Sunday night and the restaurant was closed... and they let me know that the nearby gas station, a 10 minute walk, had food. This worked well. ------- However, I had a deeply unpleasant experience with the morning person who was to drive the shuttle. 1) I arrived in the lobby a few minutes before the shuttle was to leave, as I had been directed to by evening staff. At first this person told me I must register for a shuttle ride, but that I could walk to the airport, it wasn't far. I told him I had registered for a shuttle ride. Turns out I wasn't the only one... and the idea that I should walk when the shuttle would be going in any case was unkind and a bit insulting. 2) I approached the desk again as the shuttle was scheduled to leave in a minute. He told me to be patient. A few minutes later he called the other person, and let me know they would be right down. --- I felt like a second class person, not treated equally. I could walk, and the other person could be late."
