Relaxation and paradise fuse together in this breathtaking mountaintop retreat, just a 10-minute drive to Nederland, 15-minutes to Eldora ski-mountain and 25-minutes to downtown Boulder. Enjoy modern luxury as you nestle in gorgeous mountain vistas from an expansive deck and open floor plan.

This place is truly a one-of-a-kind. Designed as a true retreat space, relax, decompress, and unwind. Over 3200 sq ft with various outdoor space this home make a great launchpad to anywhere in Boulder County and beyond.

Their is a fire pit, tons of trails, beautiful deck space and furniture, and lots of room to relax and enjoy.
