This house exceeded all expectations and hopes. The view is excellent and the house is very comfy to be in. They even have a little fenced-in yard that our dog enjoyed. If and when we visit again, there's no other house we would consider if this one is available.

Wow! It's a gorgeous, high-end (but not stuffy) place close enough to Denver but far enough to feel like you're out of town while being able to skip the traffic on 70 or 285! A 10-minute drive from Black Hawk and great trails at Golden Gate Canyon State Park. Incredible views from every room and top-notch amenities with a fenced yard, sunroom with hot tub, and garage parking. The owners are super nice, have thought of everything, and are readily available to answer questions. Highly recommend it, and we can't wait to go back!

My husband, 15-year-old daughter, and in-laws all stayed at this cozy cabin over spring break, and we had a wonderful time! Kim was an excellent host—she responded quickly to every question I texted, which made everything so easy.During our stay, we were lucky enough to see three moose, Chubbs the bobcat, and some bighorn sheep in the area! We had snowball fights, relaxed by working on a puzzle together, and enjoyed playing chess, checkers, and card games—the cabin had a great selection of board games on-site, which was a nice touch.The house was spotless, warm, and inviting. It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family getaway!

Great location at >9000’ elevation with views galore from the living room. Well stocked kitchen and baths. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Extra bonus points for a visit from a huge bull moose who was as curious about us as we were of him.He came right up to the window. He stayed in the area the next day as I waked to see him munching on grass outside my bedroom window.

The house was amazing and super clean. We absolutely loved it. When we were hit with a surprise snow storm both the management company and owners were very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to be safe and enjoy our stay. We can't wait to go back next year! Perfect for a family or for a couples adventure. Highly recommend this property. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other cooking tools and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing while watching it snow!

I cannot rant enough how amazing Alpina Haus was! Picturesque views in EVERY room. Our host was extremely hospitable and communicated often to ensure our visit went without any issues. I can’t imagine how beautiful it is in spring and summer. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

This house was everything it states and more. The property was immaculate, well stocked with toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Property manager checked in on us (Via text) and was also easy for us to reach if we had questions. We would definitely come back to stay!

This home was exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. The home is inviting and comfortable and the views are amazing! The check in process was easy and Kim, the property manager was very helpful! The home was easy to access, in a lovely mountain neighborhood, with plenty of seclusion. We hope to come back and stay again soon! We couldn't have been more pleased.

Beautiful house in the mountains. Spacious, clean, had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable and clear instructions on how to run hot tub, appliances etc. Saw bobcat tracks outside every morning and came back to find the gang of five (wild turkeys) staring at us through the living room windows.

Our stay was good, it's a beautiful property. People should be aware that they are at 9,460 feet elevation, this could definitely be a problem or even dangerous for some. Otherwise the house is fabulous and the property management was extremely accommodating and fast with communications. Would stay again!
