"Overall a great stay — the house was exceptionally well-stocked with quality appliances, kitchen tools, and even basic pantry staples that made cooking in a total breeze. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were thoughtfully furnished (loved having actual dressers!), and the common spaces — especially the couch — were cozy and inviting. The house was spotless, and the location worked perfectly for us.One note for future guests: the hot tub operates on a 2-hour timer that includes heat-up time (30 minutes), so plan accordingly. We had some trouble connecting with the host through the app on our first night, but once we got in touch she was responsive and helpful. The hot tub situation is mentioned in the description, but given how prominently it's featured in the listing photos, I'd encourage the host to make the time limitations more visible upfront — it would set better expectations.All in all, a wonderful place to stay. We'd return for the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience alone. "

It was great staying outside the main strip area. We uber-ed in when we wanted to enjoy dinners and shows and come back to a quiet peaceful neighborhood. 5 stars.
