"The hotel and the property is gorgeous! The staff were all friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good. The only problem was when we came back at night after being at an outdoor wedding and I was freezing cold. We had no hot water. I was not able to take the shower that I so desperately wanted .When I mentioned it to the staff in the morning when we were checking out, they simply apologized but had no reason why there was no hot water in our room. That was disappointing. It was 5:30 in the morning, I was rushing to catch a flight, so I did not pursue it further with the management."

"Great spot if traveling on a budget. Lovely family, very kind and hospitable. Things to know to make the best of it…if you don’t have a kitchen in your unit there is a shared one you can use. There was no dish liquid tho. I washed what I used with bleach spray. And no paper towel. I didn’t ask tho. Still, everything to cook with was there, just have your own extras if you don’t like to ask like me. Also the shower is very small. If you’re tall or extra curvy or claustrophobic, be prepared. Very comfortable beds. Large rooms. We brought our own cot bed and we all fit in there quite comfortably with room to move around. We brought our own extra blankets and pillows and that make it extra comfortable. I also brought my own hdmi cord and was able to plug in my laptop to tv so we could stream movies. That was great. Didn’t realize it was right off the highway so less quiet than I would have liked but that wasn’t too bad. There was a lovely stream behind and the foliage was perfect so it was still lovely. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."
