Staff were nice, early check in. Only thing it was super cold inside the water park. My family and I were going down the elevator when a lady stopped us and asked if we were going to the water park, and said it is super cold that they had to go upstairs their room. We still went down and in fact it was super cold. But other than that we will come back in the summer time!

The room was nice - no issues there. However, the waterpark was another story…hot tub being down - I know this happens…but the air temperature in there - well, I could actually see my breath…the water actually had steam coming off of it. Lifeguards wearing winter coats and stocking caps. If I was there as a Christmas getaway with small kids - I would have been extremely disappointed as I honestly cannot fathom how there were some kids in the water… I did not try to eat there as friends we were with waited over an hour for a fish sandwich and cheese curds (which they never received)… So much potential - but I strongly advise to find another location if you are looking for waterpark fun…pay a little more and go to the Dells or Minneapolis….

The indoor water park was nice, and great for kids. Although, it does need a cleaning. Dirt in the water and on the bottom of the pool. Room was spacious and bathroom was decent size. Shower was equipped with the soap, shampoo, and conditioner bottles, however ours were empty and the front desk did not have replacements, but the front lobby had small bottles of soap and shampoo available. Arcade upstairs had several broken games, and it was ridiculously hot. In fact, it was warm in most areas, as if the heat was on but it was in the 80’s outside. The arcade was not enjoyable due that excessive heat. The resort has a decent location and staff were friendly. We had a great time in the water park and would consider coming back if ever in the area again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was nice for an overnight visit however I feel like there couls be some updates made throughout to include expanding and updating the outside Waterpark. Online it seemed bigger and it could use some sprucing up. The mini golf should be included with room. The whole mini golf area needs revamping. The rooms were ok but they could include coffee pot and also could use cleaning under and behind furniture. Overall it was a nice overnight getaway.

Very nice place. Staff isbvery friendly! Only problem was inwas charged an additional 30.00 fee unexpectedly when i arrived. Not happy at all with that! They said it was for the water park bit my friend checked in and didnt pay any additional unexpected fees.

We loved the waterpark. We were upset we had no idea they’d be closed one of the days during our stay and closing early one day. It wasn’t available information since we booked on Expedia. But overall we did get some time in the waterpark and the rooms were spacious and nice

Great waterpark, something for everyone. Love the lazy river and wave pool. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I would bring your own towels because they were out one day. Beds were very comfortable.

First time here and we LOVED it. The waterpark is perfect. I love their little cafe that you can get stuff from 24/7. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be back.

Water Park was great because it wasn't crowded and was pretty big for the size of the hotel. Everything was clean and all the employees I met were very helpful and friendly, definitely saw and heard about being understaffed and covering too much.

A Pleasant Time Away from Home

In winter time, it's a heavy favorite for families with small children. THE WATER PARK! But even this older couple found plenty of quieter nooks and crannies to kick back and enjoy our stay.
