"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"I could not find the place. Drove around for hours, the GPS wasn't picking up and the people did not know where the place was located. We stopped and asked several people. There was no phone number so we couldn't call anyone. This was a terrible experience. When night fell, we were forced to book another place. Then we were charged for no-show. Please refund my money."
