“Ok hotel, just never had a holiday inn that smelled so unpleasant. The odor was too much. Rooms could be cleaned better, specifically the bathroom floor.”

“We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It is nothing fancy but overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was not great they didnt have much to choose from. The building is definately older but again nothing that really impacted the stay. The staff was nice and very friendly.”

“Room rate was well above average.. felt taken advantage of due to the College World Series in Omaha going on during our stay; we were not there attending the games.”

“The check in staff was good. Our room smelled odd after entering. The toilet wouldn’t flush. When my husband went to front desk he was handed a plunger and gloves! That didn’t work so after going back to the front desk we were given another room and told that someone flushed a rubber duck. In the new room that was right next to the dinging elevator when I went to use plastic cup for water it had used toothbrush head in it! We will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again!”

“The hotel was very clean. The pool area and seating area in the pool area was huge. Our room was very clean. Air worked well have no complaints. Maybe the only downside was the bed could’ve been more comfortable.”

“The hotel was getting some renovations done but it was all just a mess. There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. I had to call several numbers before someone came out. They also would not let me change my card on……

“Picked this hotel because the pool looked fun to give my daughter something to do. The first night was hard to enjoy the pool because they were a bunch of rowdy boys there that were too rough for smaller kids to play. The hot tub was nice. I wish the pool was a foot deeper. But it was fun none the less. The floors around the pool area need to be cleaned. The room itself was ok, but they could use a remodel, and a good cleaning. The bed was comfy enough to get a good night's rest. Parking was……

“You get what you pay for. I reckon. Looks like the hotel was just remodeled possibly ?? Some old paint. Some new. Tape over outlets and lights still. Almost an old cigarette smell In bathroom. Had a new shower head with waterfall and jets. But only top part worked. When turned to side jets water flooded out bottom of fixture. A/C worked ok. Did not get very cold. And extremely loud. TV didn’t have any service or internet. It was a Ok stay for what we were there for.”
