「The loft was lovely, well appointed and in an excellent location in the city between Seattle Center and downtown. Also access to garage parking is an added bonus. Excellent and prompt communication from the host throughout and to resolve a wifi issue. The shower also is excellent.」

「First, for the good: Seaview Vista is in a great location - close to coffee, dining, parks and many other things to do. The rooftop deck is awesome! The host was super responsive and never left me hanging. Check in was easy. Even though it is a small place, it has most of what you need in a vrbo. They allowed pets which was great for us and our sheepadoodle. Second, there were some issues: First of all it had a very strong smell of mold or mildew upon walking in. 「Great location, quiet apartment. Clean, good layout, everything as expected. A small hiccup at check-in which was quickly resolved by the super responsive hosts. Very convenient location for restaurants, evening entertainment, attractions, proximity to business locations such as AWS HQ. I will stay here again as the need arises.」

Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.」

「This is a very comfortable, quiet place to stay on Bainbridge. Easy communication with the host, nice personal touches like homemade granola and other breakfast foods.There were books available to read, a big tv if you need it, and a nice little outdoor spot to sit. I was solo and it was lovely and I think it would work well for a couple.」

The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car...
