"My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. The lake is beautiful and peaceful and we spent a lot of time on the deck- it is so close to the water and in the shade. It is so easy to just step out and enjoy the lake. The family of loons was almost always there. We enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake. White perch were very easy to catch. Laurie gave us some good recommendations for things to do in the area and was super responsive. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and was recently renovated. The gas grill on the deck was easy to use. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay."

"Serendipitously, the cozy little cabin was 1 minute away from my sister’s house, with whom we were visiting! Our host, John, thought of everything and was congenial and attentive. I especially liked the jar of peanut butter cups and the Ruffles. I wish our stay was longer. I would have loved to have a barbecue and relaxed on the deck with beverages and grinds. The next time it will be for longer. Be sure to get up for sunrise. It is spectacular."

"Awesome place to hang out and explore the area. Cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The porch is a great place to just hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet. Would definitely rent here again."
