House was okay

Not sure how thoroughly cleaned the house was, but we found previous attendees wallet and info on the TV stand. Found blueprints for the house on the mantle. Bed was uncomfortable. Had to leave early due to famiky emergency.

Quiet Getaway

This home was everything expected, plus some. My children loved it. The community amenities were exactly what we all needed to relax and take our minds off of everyday life. I want to thank the host for everything and I mean this from the bottom of my heart.

Perfect place for a family

The house was perfect for our family of six. We loved the fire pit outside and the morning visit from a deer family! We visited the recommended nearby grocery store (a few times) and they have a liquor store next door. Having the extra area downstairs was great also to watch a movie without disturbing the sleeping kids upstairs. We also utilized the downstairs entrance by the laundry room since it was the perfect spot to take off our muddy/snowy boots.

The property is wonderful and the communication with the host is excellent. The only issue is the property has central air conditioning which doesn’t work. Communicated this to the host and they sent someone right over. I was told the issue was resolved but it wasn’t. The temperature in the house got quite uncomfortable. Otherwise the property is wonderful

Christmas skii trip!

The ease of booking this property was fantastic and VRBO and Avant Stay were super helpful and quick to respond! The whole property was really cute. It had some cleanliness issues and some minor damage from a previous renter however these issues were quickly addressed. We were close to ski rentals, and lifts. The house is a little under stocked if you plan to cook...no cutting board to prepare meals or baking dishes but well stocked on other items that we found helpful. I liked the fact that there were shampoo, soap, trash bags and other essential items already there to use. I would definitely rent this property again. Amy and Cindy from Avant Stay were extra helpful and so quick to respond to our requests. We were offered a 1pm free check out and that was really appreciated. Overall this was a really great home in a great location, near gas, stores and restaurants ( Pocono pizza and eatery on check in day is a must)! Ps. We did buy and leave a mattress topper and cover for the pull out bed downstairs, hope this helps whoever stays after us :)
