“The hotel was fairly nice, but bring your heavy winter coat because your room will be freezing cold when you get there! Your breakfast, while tasty will be stone cold by the time you get to your table. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the hallways, like the smell of sewer gas. I don't think this property deserves being rated in the 8.0 - 9.0 range. It really was in the 7.5 range. I wish I had known there was a Hampton Inn right next to this property when I booked, because I would have……

“The room was dirty, smelly, small, the water lukewarm, the aircon made a noise all night I thought it would quit, the sink faucet seemed it would fall off, the few towels were small and thin, the breakfast was sparse. The door to the bathroom did not close leaving a 2” gap because the bottom was warped and coming apart. There was also a dent where it seems someone punched it. They painted the door instead of replacing it.”

“This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.”

This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. “My room was very clean. The property was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided assistance when needed (I needed help with the room TV and check-out). They were able to answer my questions and get me the help I needed. Parking is free, but spaces go really fast. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably delicious. It definitely saved us some money from eating out. The elevators were a bit janky, but there are stairs available. Overall, I would rate my stay an A+. I would definitely……

“The place hasn't been renovated in a long time; there's rust in the bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave are old. Plus, there's a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel.”

“There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room.”
