“We were in town visiting sick family and unfortunately spent most of our time at the hospital. The home was located within 15 mins of UW Hospital and many local restaurants and shopping. The home had plenty of bedrooms and space if traveling with a larger group. We did take our dog and though there isn’t much yard space the neighborhood is great for a walk. Very safe and quiet. The only negative to the house would be the stairs if anyone has mobility issues. You have to do stairs to get to……

“Property is a perfect place for a getaway. House is blocks from downtown and neighborhood is absolutely charming. Great amenities and all the comforts of home. Hosts were great with communication and recommendations. Beds are super comfortable. We will absolutely love to stay there again.”

We cooked from home- Kitchen is updated and had everything we needed. Decor and lighting is outdated but worked well. Quiet neighborhood but close to grocery stores and highway. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The property is very nice plenty of room for large family or big group. House was a little warm because of weather and setting on t-stat But other than the one day that we had other family stop by we didn’t get to spend much time at the house. We did get to enjoy the pool one day. The sauna was a nice hit as well The kitchen upstairs and on the lower level was very handy. “This is a very spacious home with plenty of room to spread out. We had 3 kids ranging in age from 14 to 18 months. We appreciated the fact that the downstairs bedrooms are completely separate and away from the game/TV/hot tub because the baby could sleep and not hear us enjoying the other part of the downstairs. We also enjoyed the indoor hot tub because it would have been too hot to enjoy an outdoor hot tub. Scott the owner was very helpful with pre-arrival details and check in”

“The host couple of this property were great. We truly enjoyed our weekend. The serenity of the environment was just what we were wanting. We enjoyed the fresh eggs from the resident hens doing their job well. The hosts had great input of things to do in the area. They were very accommodating as far as the check in went. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The complementary snacks were a great touch. Over all this was a great value for a get away.”

“The cabin is beautiful; made by the Amish. We were there during a snow storm; the hosts were continuously plowing and shoveling the steps for us. The landscape is gorgeous and quiet, the driftless region. We met their cows and horses. So many things to do since it's located among many small towns. Very sweet!”
