“Our adult family of 7 stayed at this lovely river home. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, and even larger inside than we exoected feom ohotos. The home had been upgaded from photos online. Two beautiful bathrooms and all 4 bedrooms had big beds in them. There was plenty of soace for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We would highly recommend and stay again!! ”

“A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor. It is a cute place with a great front porch, and able to fit 5 adults.The larger house has been updated nicely also, with lots of very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great. The downstairs refrigerator hadn't been wiped out,……

“Our family had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities, including the luxurious pool, pool house, outdoor lounging and eating areas, sauna, fire pit, theater style chairs for movie watching, and more. It was also not too far from Dayton to enjoy a day there. The hosts were lovely people and very helpful, going above and beyond. Questions were answered very quickly. “Really great stay at this property! It was just what I wanted for my vacation with family and friends. It housed three adults and four children (ages 6-12). I thought my daughter was going to stay in my room, but she saw the bunk beds and refused to sleep anywhere else, so the girls shared the bunk bed room with the help of a twin air mattress I brought.
