It doesn't look luxurious at first, but the facilities are very complete. The air conditioner is turned on before you check in, so it is cool as soon as you enter the room. There is water in the refrigerator and a freezer compartment, which can quickly cool down the food. It's a quiet place in a quiet town. Very nice.

One of the cleanest motel I have ever stayed, can smell bleach from every towel. Although there is not much choice for food on that small town, a subway 3 min walk away is good enough for the trip.

All was good. The only criticism I would have is that when calling the hotel's primary (and suggested by staff) phone # just before check-in time I got voicemail and no prompt return call. Called again about a half hr later and got a person but in my view there should be someone monitoring this line more closely and either answering or returning calls immediately, especially around check-in time.

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is grab and go but they have decent amount of choices. Check- in and check-out is contactless. They will message you for the instruction for check-in before your check in time. Their front desk is only open 7:30am-7:00pm, so make sure to check messages if your coming later than 7pm.

We booked the room for the same night and then tried to cancel within 5 minutes and no one would answer the front desk phone. Tried to use the contact is number and it would disconnect. Online said we couldn't cancel because it was already passed or check in time. What a hassle.

Nice place to stay in Blanding with lots of character but we were very Disappointed that the free breakfast was not available as promised at check-in. Breakfast room and office were closed Sunday morning. Nothing else open so we got food at a gas station.

This is a small, independently owned hotel. It's an older property but has been renovated. While it isn't fancy, I could tell the owners had tried to be very thoughtful and considerate in so many small touches that big hotels chains just don't care about any more. I felt like applauding their efforts. Breakfast wasn't anything special, all pre-packaged food. Parking was great. Staff was helpful. Check-in was slick and easy. Room felt very clean. I wish they had better curtains.

The room was fresh, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking outside the room was great. The continental breakfast could be upgraded slightly, but the rate was reasonable, so it’s kind of a trade-off. Would stay here again.
