FeWo und Umgebung sind eine Reise wert

Wir waren leider nur für ein Wochenende da, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Wirklich sehr schöne und grosse Ferienwohnung. Alles tip top und sehr sauber! Gut bei Fuss sollte man sein, da ein paar Treppen zu gehen sind. Dafür ist der Ausblick wirklich toll.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden!! Die Lage ist herrlich , die Wohnung wunderschön hergerichtet, die Geschichte kann man fühlen,( es gibt aber auch Material zum nachlesen), man hat Platz ohne Ende , es ist alles sehr sauber, und der Parkplatz am Haus ist auch mit einem großen Auto ohne Probleme zu nutzen.

Urlaub im Harz

Es war ein entspannter Urlaub in einer gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Lage des Ferienobjektes ist am Berghang, von wo die Aussicht überragend und wunderschön ist. Wir können das Urlaubsziel und die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Über der Stadt

Die grosszügige Ferienwohung thront über der Stadt Blankenburg. Man hat einen sehr weiten Ausblick über die Ebene nördlich des Harzes. Die Wohnung ist riesig, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll renoviert.

Altes Pfarrhaus

Das Objekt liegt oberhalb einer Kirche und ist über alte Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen zu erreichen. Dies verleiht dem Ort eine gewisse Historie, so dass man sich ein Stück weit um hunderte Jahre zurückversetzt vorkommt. Sowohl von Außen, als auch von Innen besticht das Objekt mit einem liebevollen Charm. Es liegt sehr ruhig und bietet alles, was zu einem Urlaub benötigt wird. Einzig das örtliche Internet war nicht immer vorhanden. Darüber lässt sich hinwegsehen, da es mit eigenen LTE dann doch alles klappt. Zusammengefasst war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Immer wieder schön

Meine Söhne und ich waren nun zum dritten Mal in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung. Ein sehr altes und wunderschönes Haus in dem eine tolle, große und stilvolle Wohnung zum erholsamen Urlaub einlädt. Es wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. Immer wieder gerne.

Van een 10 naar een 1 binnen een week

Toen we aankwamen en rondgeleid werden, waren we direct enthousiast. Wat een prachtig gerestaureerde woning! En wat een uitzicht over het stadje! Wat helaas in tweede instantie opviel: -De tweede slaapkamer wat niet in orde gemaakt, maar dat kan gebeuren. Ging wel met een beetje morren van mevrouw. -Het appartement is niet op de tweede maar op de derde verdieping. In derde instantie vielen op: -slechte wifi -als je in de badkamer op het toilet zit, kijken de wandelaars je aan. -er is centrale verwarming, maar die kun je niet zelf regelen, waardoor het appartement vanwege de noordelijke ligging erg koud was. Wat de ervaring met de eigenaren betreft, dat is een verhaal apart. Na een dag of 3-4 werden we aangesproken door een man, waarvan we denken dat het de eigenaar was, maar echt zeker weten doen we dat niet omdat hij zich niet voorstelde. Hij meldde ons zonder omhaal dat we de raampjes vaker moesten openzetten om te luchten 'want dat doen ze in Duitsland altijd zo'. Ik probeerde uit te leggen dat het al behoorlijk koud was in het appartement, maar hij antwoorde daarop dat het nu toch warm was. En daar konden we het mee doen. Uiteraard hebben we naar deze goede raad geluisterd en zetten we de raampjes ter wille van de goede vrede wat vaker open. Helaas bleek dat na een paar dagen toch niet voldoende toen we op een ochtend wakker werden geklopt door de vrouw des huizes. Nog net niet helemaal hysterisch beet ze ons toe dat we na een week daar te zijn geweest de raampjes nog steeds maar nauwelijks open hadden gezet. Dat had ze in al die jaren nog nooit meegemaakt! Het lijkt er op dat ze het goed in de gaten heeft zitten houden. Konden we nog over die eerste onbeschofte uitbrander heen stappen, na deze ervaring wisten we dat dit maar meteen onze de laatste dag daar zou zijn. We hebben diezelfde middag nog gemeld dat we de volgende ochtend weer zouden vertrekken. Met een ongeïnteresseerde schouderophaal van mevrouw werd dat bevestigd. We zijn de volgende ochtend met piepende banden en opgelucht weer vertrokken. We hebben ons nog nooit zo bespied en onwelkom gevoeld als bij deze mensen. Het geld vinden ze denk ik wel fijn, maar ze hebben kennelijk liever niet dat je ook daadwerkelijk komt. Ik raad dan ook iedereen aan om deze mensen een heel groot plezier te doen en hier niet te boeken.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und man kann alles gut in der Umgebung erreichen. Da das Wetter nicht so gut war, haben wir genug Platz in der sehr großen Wohnung für unsere Familie gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zu besuchen im alten Pfarrhaus

Die mit Abstand schönste Ferienwohnung die ich je gesehen habe. Jedes Detail stimmt und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick über die Stadt ist bezaubernden.

Wohnung mit Geschichte in schöner Lage

Dem Haus sieht man an, es hat schon viel erlebt. Das gepflegte Gebäude war mal ein Pfarrhaus und ist sehr schön renoviert worden. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Wanderungen direkt ab Haustür. Die Blankenburger Schlösser und das Hamburger Wappen sind gut erreichbar. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Anfahrt durch die schmalen, steilen und abenteuerlich gepflasterten Gassen der Blankenburger Altstadt. Man gewöhnt sich dran, hofft aber, daß niemand entgegen kommt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster entschädigt dafür aber deutlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Lediglich das WLAN sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. Im Wohnzimmer ist kaum Empfang möglich, das ist nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Davon abgesehen eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
