When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "The family apartment was clean, cozy, and had very comfortable bedding. It’s a cute little apartment with 2 rooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The only thing missing was a kitchen. The decor definitely takes you back to the 1970s–80s, which gives it a unique charm. The cable car is literally right next door, and you can enjoy some beautiful views from the apartment. The breakfast was decent too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area! 😊"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Eden! It is a beautiful property, amazing views and the perfect couples retreat! We arrived a little early by train (we took the Golden Pass train from Montreux which was also a highlight) and so we enjoyed the spa and a private pool until our room was ready. The deluxe room was spacious with gorgeous views and very comfortable! The breakfasts were lovely and we really enjoyed evening cocktails on the patio if the restaurant. Speiz is a great little town as well. We were not traveling with our children although they would have loved the town too! We will absolutely return!"

"Lovely Stay on the lake front with private dock for swimming and lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. Great views from the balcony. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There are a number of free parking spots right in front of the hotel first come first served. Tip: arrive early to get one. Bus #21 runs up and down the lake from Thun to Interlaken with a stop 100ft away. Bus fare is free to guests staying in hotels in the area. Beautiful time in Thun."
