"Fun location in old town Cottonwood. Breakfast vouchers for local restaurant a good deal. Parking free and plentiful. Clean campus. Friendly helpful staff. Great two night spot "

"Rebecca was so thoughtful and kind. She let us use the pool after we checked out. Breakfast was very good w many choices over the two days we were there. Brian ckd us in and gave my wife many ideas of where to eat and hike."

"The room was newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The mini fridge and microwave were a bonus. The best part was sitting out front of a the room and enjoying the views backlit by the sunset."

"Its a great option. Online it appears as if it is much more updated than it is, but it is a great set up. The bed is a full bed and ideally they do a queen at a minimum, but there are a lot of positives."

"This was the loveliest stay I’ve had. The location is amazing, close to shopping and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. The view from the patio was stunning, we spent several hours on the back patio. Staff was all wonderful. Room was large and clean. Just overall a fantastic place."

"It is a nice little place, I donated a spacula as there was not one. Outside lite was burned out and the lite switch at the head of the bed did not turn off the lite. Had to unscrew the lite bulb. Well kept grounds. Internet was not good and for the price per day, was not free either."
