「The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. For breakfast there was warm food, cereals, fruit, etc. There is free parking at the property. It is easy to get to restaurants from the hotel. Things to remember: if you have a downstairs room, the window overlooks the parking spots. If you have room next to the ice-maker, you will hear it working at night. The surrounding of the hotel is not filled with trees. 」

「We love this charming place. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and loaded with personality. It's right on the main drag, so you can walk to shops and restaurants, or hike next to the Verde River. My only caution is that you have to be fairly fit to climb the stairs if you're staying on the second floor. Make sure you request a ground-floor room if that's a problem. As for us, we will keep staying at our home away from home, the Iron Horse Inn.」
