“Overall a good stay for our 2 nights in Tiranë. Good location for food, drinks and sight seeing. Note stairs to get to the apartment and no lift. Place was a little smaller than the photos showed and hot water didn’t last a long time, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the stay.”

“Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a real buzz about the place. Unfortunately during my stay there was a technical issue with the room keys and they couldn’t find the master key to let me in. I was locked out of my room overnight and put in another room with no windows, no tv and no access to my toothbrush, clothes etc. On complaining on checkout the management weren’t interested and suggested I email my complaint when I returned home. Disappointing problem and service”

“The wifi did not work for longer than ten seconds unless I left the network and hopped back on it again. For someone who works remotely, this was awful. I barely got any work done. You can't turn on the jets in the hot tub without tapping on the glass and motioning for the employees to turn it on for you. The dry sauna was not hot enough and the mixture for the hot stones was not good, it made our eyes sting so much we had to leave the room. I asked specifically if I could use the spa during……

“The stay at Mulaj Hotel in the heart of Tirana was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fabulous view of the city. The location was ideal for our stay to see as much of the city as possible. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The online check in information is clear and efficient. One small drawback is that the provider of bed sheet for covering for sleeping is not that comfortable.”

“Very nice boutique restaurant located close to everything. The room was big and spacious, with a tall nice window, very French style. The tv was strangely placed on a corner, not very practical. The staff was really nice.”

“The room was perfectly clean, modern and spacious. The hotel is super nice and the staff is lovely, whatever you need they accommodate and help you or arrange it for you; the staff helped us with our bags and moved us to a more comfortable room so that we wouldn't have issues with our bags (we had 4) because we were traveling the next day. It is super close to everything you need and in front of the beach. The restaurant is SUPERB, I would honestly say best in the area, the seafood and raw……

“I liked the view, The manager (Andre) and front desk staff were very helpful. The room lacked a kettle and the internal phone system didn’t work. Room TV didn’t have the World Cup matches, with no TVs in any of the common areas either. Also the pool bar refuses to fulfill your drinks if it’s a cappuccino or similar, they ask you to go get it inside despite the hotel stating you can order at the pool bar.”
