“This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in an extremely long time. The service from the entire Oxbow Hotel staff was 2nd to none. We were blown away by the first person who checked us in with a delightful attitude and over-the-top customer service. Later I asked another staff member a simple question and was met with a jovial response and, again, next-level, unexpected service. The next 2 employee experiences were equally as delightful. I will never consider staying anywhere else……
