"We found a bug in our bed. Using Google image it was identified as a bed bug. We went to the front desk and they relocated us to a different floor and upgraded us to a suite. It left us uneasy but we were happy the staff took us seriously. "

"The cleanness of the hotel is disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to that hotel. It’s the worst and I mean the worst stuff no good the rooms no good even the toilet flood over so the cleanness and the staff is no good. I was so disappointed and disgusted of that Hotel. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything looked new and fresh. The breakfast was well prepared and satisfying. I really loved the fresh brewed coffee. A lovely bowl of bananas was in the entry way all day - a healthy snack if needed! The staff were personable and friendly. "
