The two-bathroom beach house sits on a large acreage beside a portion of the seaside protected PEI National Park, which can accommodate a party of six adults and three children. It’s just a 500 foot walk to swimming, clam digging, kayaking and beach combing. For golf enthusiasts The Links of Crowbush is 15 minutes away and other championship courses such as Brudenell, Dundarave are just 30 minutes.
The interior is updated with a decorators touch. Our bedrooms feature new linens and towels (bath & beach). Our open concept kitchen and living area is sure to inspire stories to be told for years to come. The kitchen features a harvest table that can seat 6-8 and breakfast bar with three stools, Island-made Paderno cookware and all the dishes, utensils and gadgets you need to serve up a memorable meal. The main floor of Ten Dunes View features a bedroom with queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower to accommodate those who find it hard to navigate stairs.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king sized bed, a third bedroom featuring a queen, and bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. The upstairs bathroom is large, with a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower area. Finally, there is a laundry room, which has a large capacity washer and dryer.
With wonderful, wide, upper and lower decks, and an attached screened gazebo, you’re guaranteed breathtaking panoramic views day and night without the company of bugs!
