The bathroom doors are sliders providing no privacy. Parking lots were a mess after snow. Only one person clearing the lot. No maid service. Coffee maker in room broken and never sent replacement after requested. Phone also broken in room. Way overpriced for what you get.

Really nice home in a residential area near Saranac Lake. The home has everything we needed and the views were beautiful. The hit club was clean and the beds comfy. Wonderful stay!

The room was impeccably kept, perfect for a family of four. Quiet from outside noise, good light-blocking shades for sleeping in both the bedroom and living room, amazing water pressure, and a kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast and afternoon snacks. The floors were dirty upon arrival and we did have an issue with used/ bad body odor smell with the comforter that was on the bed. We called and they arrange to swap it out. Also the pull out couch was broken and not a comfortable couch to lounge on.
