This is a fully enclosed 2 bedroom apartment with a modern design, global decor and hi-tech amenities to help you relax and unwind. Keyless entry, electric fireplace, hardwood floors, record player, bathtub, in-unit washer/dryer, mini-split AC/heat, Keurig coffee, full kitchen, Roku TV, breakfast, large porch. With 3, 6, 9 or 12 month leases, this apartment is perfect for traveling healthcare workers, business travelers or visiting scholars. This property is dog-friendly and renters share a large, 5-foot high fenced-in backyard with bench swing, fire pit, chairs, hammock, raised bed garden and compost bin that you and your pooch will love. NOTE: All renters, including VRBO guests, are required to sign a minimum 3-month lease and provide a 1-month security deposit. Please message me if you have any questions about this process.

The historic 100-year-old house/triplex is two blocks from the B-Line pedestrian trail, three blocks from Cardinal Spirits distillery, restaurant and cocktail bar, and three blocks from Hopscotch Coffee. Southern Stone Restaurant and Feast Cafe are also just three blocks away on Patterson. If you enjoy climbing, try out Hoosier Heights climbing gym inside the lovely limestone church across the street. Or look up city events at the nearby Switchyard Park, where you can see a movie, concert or visit a food festival.

Super cute, cozy, and eclectic!

The photos don't do it justice - this triplex is SUPER cute, cozy, and eclectic! We loved everything about it! It didn't affect us, but the only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so that's something to consider if you have more than one person/couple staying there. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the porch, yard, or fire pit, since it was raining the whole time we were there. Would definitely stay here again! It's a gem!
