This quiet 2 BR condo is located in the Hemlock building with one other condo. Wooded view, lower level condo with 8 steps to entrance. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout the unit, with new bedding purchased in April 2024. King bed in Master BR with a 43 inch TV with streaming service, master bath has dual sink vanity with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Guest BR has Queen bed with Twin trundle bed, with a 40 inch TV. Guest bath has a single sink vanity, tub/shower combo & stackable washer & dryer. Kitchen includes all cooking utensils and full size appliances. Dining Room accommodates seating for 6. Living Room has 55 inch Smart TV with Spectrum Streaming App., and a Wood burning Fireplace. Balcony has small bistro table with 4 chairs and 2 wooden rockers to sit back and watch the day go by. Your resort amenities will include the following: Property-wide high-speed internet; daily fitness and yoga classes; access to our recreation center which houses our heated indoor pool, dry sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness center; paddle boats, kayaks, and paddle boards; 9-hole disc golf course; tennis and pickle ball courts with equipment provided; guided hiking trips; fishing rods and bait; indoor and outdoor childrenâ€™s play areas; resort-wide parking; and 24/7 security and hospitality.
