Great Location!
We very much enjoyed this charming house! The location was perfect. We could walk to everything and never had to use a car. My son loved how the playground was right around the corner!

Couldn’t have been better
We loved everything about The Bark Bungalow. It was convenient to everything in Blowing Rock, and a really cool, clean place to gather and enjoy its awesome fireplace, kitchen and back yard. We agreed that we would come back again in a heartbeat!

lovely chic cottage in town
It was enjoyable to relax in this lovely cottage! Cooking was a pleasure in the very well-appointed kitchen. Sitting in the living room was cozy by the gas fired fireplace. The backyard was tiny but perfect--we could hear the church hymns at 25 minutes past the hour during the day and sit outside for meals. Bedrooms/Bathrooms were so comfy with high end sheets and towels. The location had advantages to explore the town shops and restaurants as well as walking trails with town history close by.

Cozy weekend getaway
This house was absolutely terrific. From the two-sided fireplace to the incredible architectural details, we enjoyed a quiet, relaxing weekend enjoying this home. It was very clean, very well stocked (with towels and kitchen supplies), and very conveniently located - only 2 houses away - from the restaurants and shops in downtown Blowing Rock. We will definitely plan to stay here again.
