One kitchen light over fridge worked intermittently. No feedback sheet left for us, or I would use it not contact host in public like this. VRBO booking link to host not working. Cleanliness, attention to detail: bathroom bin had no liner bag & had not been emptied from previous guests, nearly full eeeeew, cleaning fee $$ is paid...

"We stayed just one night but was a beautiful quiet property. Very clean, nice welcoming host. We enjoyed our night. The property is out of hustle and bustle. Short drive to terrigal and avoca. The owners gorgeous horse walked over to fence to say goodbye to us in the morning!"

"My partner and I booked the place for a couples retreat. Unfortunately we broke up and needed to cancel the reservations. Even though we gave 2 weeks notice we were advised there’s a strict no cancellation rule… We decided to go anyway and make the most of it. We arrived at night and it was pitch black. "What an amazing place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom balcony unit. The balcony was huge, bigger than the apartment! The views are unforgettable. The hotel has a lovely pool area but the water is not heated so we didn't use it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the Palm Beach ferry. Ettalong is a very nice place with a beautiful beach so we may be back."
