"The property is a charming building less than a ten minute drive from the small port at Agia Nikolaos. It stands apart from other properties and is not overlooked. The outdoor spaces are delightful. It was great to have breakfast watching the sun come up over the ocean. There's a decent sized pool with loungers and a hanging chair.The kitchen is very well equipped, and we also cooked seafood on the outdoor grill. All the rooms have air conditioning. We only used it at night to keep the bedroom comfortable. There are four bathrooms with showers! I'd would prefer a slightly fancier bathroom.The house is serviced by a maid and gardener/pool guy every two days. The host is very gracious and gave us some fantastic olive oil and honey. There are some great nearby restaurants within a ten minute drive. Particularly liked the Old Windmill, (so much we went twice)Highly recommended - a very relaxing holiday."

"Staying at this villa in Zakynthos was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had. The view of the sea was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset , it felt like something out of a movie.The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was so calm and private, perfect for relaxing and escaping from everyday stress. Every detail, from the outdoor space to the cozy interior, made the place feel special.The location was also amazing, close enough to explore the island while still feeling quiet and exclusive. If you’re looking for a dreamy stay in Zakynthos with incredible sea views and a perfect pool, this villa is truly a gem. I would absolutely come back again."

"If you’re after a spacious white square box you might want to look elsewhere. But if you’re in the mood for a unique experience, a touch of quirkiness, peace, and breathtaking views, this is the place for you.We had an absolutely wonderful week here with our two daughters, a holiday we’ll never forget. We’re big campers, so this place, which is like very fancy glamping, was exactly what we were looking for. There’s an outside shower, an outside kitchen, a small second bedroom on the first floor, but a showstopper master bedroom in the top of the windmill with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It also has an open terrace with a spacious pool overlooking the turquoise seas.Zafiris and Dina, who speak excellent English, were wonderful. They have owned the land and windmill for generations and have recently turned it into this lovely villa, in a style that pays homage to its roots. They were more than happy to answer our questions and give us tips on local places to eat and visit, as well as names of local hire companies, and so on. Due to its location at the top of the island near the Blue Caves, you’ll need your own transportation. The small local harbour and beach of Agios Nikolaos has a supermarket, a variety of restaurants, a petrol station, and many boat hire companies. There’s also a charming pebble beach with turquoise seas that never seem to get too crowded, even in August. We really struck gold with this find, so clean and beautiful, with the best hosts."
