“What an amazing place. Beautiful view of the lake from the restaurant which also had very nice food. The villa/loft was very comfortable roomy , and very clean. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……
