「This apartment was so beautiful and located next to a charming Main Street with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops. It was perfect for the 3 of us at the end of our trip. It’s pretty close to Acadia National Park without all the regular drama of the crowd in Bar Harbor.」

「Check in simply involved entering the code and it worked and we were able to walk in! The cottage is ADORABLE! So clean and cute! Everything was perfect!」

「Very clean, modern space. Property owner was very informative and gave perfect instructions for check in/out. Apt was in great location, at end of village, in quiet area of town, but within walking distance to everything, no need to drive for Village activities. Included all necessities. Only upgrade I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror in the bedrooms or somewhere in apt. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!」

「We had a great time staying at JF and Sue’s place! Such a serene location and well stocked with maps and guides for our time in Acadia. JF spent some lovely time with us showing around the property, telling us about the area, and teaching us how a lobster trap works! Would absolutely recommend again. 」

「We had a great time in Lincolnville! The unit was wonderful, and the little touches really made it special, such as spare toiletries, beach chairs (and towels!), and a couple of decks of cards when we decided to call it a day a little early. Very easy check in, very quiet unit overall - could hardly hear other folks in the same building. My only suggestion is to add a "watch your step" label on the balcony sliding door as it is deceptive walking back inside to see that you have to step down a...

「We loved our stay! Pictures didn’t do it justice as indoor and outdoor spaces exceeded our expectations. Owners were accomodating, quick to respond, and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again.For those looking to explore Acadia National Park and sourrounding areas, this side of the island was more relaxed, more authentic, cooler in temp, and more laid back. 「Very clean and up to date. Excellent European range, sink, and fridge. Easy access to both major areas of Mount Desert Island, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park. Apartment is on second floor over garage; necessitates a stair climb. Very welcoming host, but she was never intrusive. Good value for the money.」
