"Owner/ staff was wonderful. Welcoming incoming guests with warm danish at checkin. And the same plus yogurt in the morning. Better- and unexpected- breakfast than at those 2 & 3 star chain hotels!"

"This is a lovely property with a lot of potential. It seems to have fallen into a state of disrepair. The very kind and helpful staff mentioned remodeling, so hopefully that happens soon. Our room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay here, but the exterior is in need of repair which is a bit off-putting when you arrive."

"The hotel is unique, in very good location walking distance to restaurants and the room we stayed(multiple beds) was spacious with high ceilings plus we had a pretty view of Lake Superior. The breakfast was great too and thanks to Jason the food was always replenished."

"This little house had everything we needed for our family stay. Very clean, cozy and close to many amenities. Liked the fact that it was a short walk to the harbour front. The host was also very responsive. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Thunder Bay."

"We had such a great stay at this beautiful cabin. You can’t beat the view and the property has everything you could need. Our hosts were wonderful and it is the perfect location for exploring Sleeping Giant and surrounding area. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!"
