“The parking situation was chaotic at best. Upon walking to my room, I noticed the door slightly ajar. It did not fully close. Both locks to the door were held with small screws that were stripped and coming out of the door and wall. There were a significant (10+) number of dead bugs of all sorts in the room. The air conditioner did not work well, and the room stayed about 75-80 degrees throughout the night. Amongst the dead bugs in the floor, there were chip crumbs and hairs.”

“The room was small. Not sure what they were thinking putting TWO beds in that room, because it would still be a small room with one bed in it! The mattresses were not comfortable at all, the reason we got a different hotel and stayed an extra night is because me, and non of my fellow travelers got any sleep....”

“I liked everything about the property there were two things though. Bugs where in my room and I he place looked like it hasn’t finished construction yet. Other than that food was great staff was awesome. Also the gym didn’t have enough water as well I filled up my drink and water ran out :(”

“Other than the hallway on the 4th floor smell like dog dander really bad the room was an excellent clean condition and the staff was very helpful. They touch up on the framing of the elevator would do a lot for your lobbiesmm”

“Room we were given had not been cleaned, given another room and bed was dirty, went to another room and bed was worse. We had to get clean sheets and make the bed ourselves. Staff we dealt with were very good but the cleaners are only remaking beds as there was hair and dirt in the sheets and didn't look like things were wiped down.”

“The whole place was a mess to be associated with him. I was amazed that it was such a dump when I talked to Expedia they assured me they had a pool, etc. we get there. There’s no water in the pool. It was just an all-around poor experience I won’t ever stay at a super eight again”
