We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. The game room was a huge hit — the kids (and adults!) loved it in the evenings. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable!

Serenity

Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to shopping that you don't feel completely cut off. The house was clean and decorated for Christmas (a nice touch). All family members were thrilled with our stay.

Conner Family Trip

We had a wonderful time everything was clean and check in was a breeze! We enjoyed the flowing river, the quiet neighborhood, and the privacy! We were close to blue ridge and all its perks! Everything we needed to cook was in the house the hot tub was fun! We were able to walk up the private drive get in the river and float down! It’s the perfect spot for a family to enjoy nice quiet, quality time! We loved this property!

4th of July 2024 in Northern GA

We have stayed in the Blue Ridge/Ellijay/Helen area on multiple occasions during 4th of July. This house has been the BEST. Very close to the water tubing and swimming. At night you can hear the water running in the river from the beautiful front porch. The downstairs was amazing. The pool table was great plenty of room most places have a pool table, but it is to small an area. Not this place the downstairs was very roomy. It was like a mini apartment downstairs. Joy the property owner was VERY nice and easy to talk to. The 4th of July fireworks at the dam was a great show. Everyone had a great time.

Really beautiful quiet community with perfect river access

We had a really great time at this property! The location is exceptionally good and the community is really quiet and beautiful with great river access. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The listing does say that the driveway is steep so we expected it, however, it feels steeper than it looks in the pictures. It didn’t cause us any problems but if someone was elderly or physically challenged, it might make things a little tough. It was a little cold and windy when we were there but I’d love to go back in the summer to play in the river. We did fish and caught several nice size rainbow trout right in front of the house. The kids had a blast roasting marshmallows and making smores at the fire pit right beside the river! I would definitely recommend this property!

Our stay at the Toccoa Pearl was incredible. The property was located on the river with a breathtaking view (I didn’t want to get off the 2nd level porch!) The home was huge, clean, wonderfully stocked with towels, dishes & toiletries & well laid out. We can’t stop talking about it and would recommend it for any family. (Driveway was a bit steep but getting the vehicle up after our little excursions that was part of the fun lol!)

Great stay near Aska Road trails and Toccoa River

We loved this place!! Great house in a great location. The neighbors were wonderful! The house had everything we needed and then some. The host was in contact with us in case we needed anything. Clean house with all the bells and whistles. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your place Joy.

Family vacation

It was a very nice cabin. Very good communication with owner. Only complaint is dryer is not working good. Took two times to dry clothes.
