Great Getaway

This cabin was very clean and comfortable. It’s location was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. We needed to decompress a couple of days and this, and couldn’t have done so in a better place.

This was one of the cleanest and well equipped homes we have had the pleasure of ever being in. Very clean and close to the river, no complaints on anything other than wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend. It was just what we needed to get away! Thank you!

The property is beautiful and overall was clean. However, the inside of the drawers and cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen were not clean. Also, the website said there would be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and there was only 1. This is a beautiful property. We had a great experience and hope to come back again soon. The team was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

Loved the ice maker at this property and how well the cabin was designed...the only drawback was that the kitchen pots and pans were very difficult to clean We accidentally left a coat at the property, but to pick it up, we had to wait over the weekend to come pick it up. We had to leave a message and then have our call returned

Altho the cabin is the newest and nicest cabin we've rented, the lack of privacy on the porch will prevent us from renting it again. We have rented River Song (next door) and River Rhapsody twice each and really like them; especially the privacy they offer. Everyone with whom we've spoken has been extremely nice and helpful. We've already recommended Blue Sky to several friends.

We enjoyed it so much that we came back two months later. On our first visit in November, we arrived on a Sunday and could not locate the community or the cabin. We had to call the after-hours staff to direct us to the property. We had to call maintenance because the outdoor grill did not work. They came almost immediately and discovered that someone had turned off the valve. They fixed it on the spot.
