July 4th getaway

The cottage was clean and spacious. It has a nice view and was pretty quiet, which was nice. Its convenient location was nice for getting around to the local attractions. Checking in and out was easy as well. We enjoyed Blue Ridge!!

Adorable Home with Beautiful Views

This is a perfect house. It’s updated, well kept and nicely decorated making it inviting and comfortable. It has beautiful views from all areas of the home. We would not hesitate to stay here again if in this area!

Beautiful, roomy cottage!!

The cottage was so easy to find and in a great location from all the events we had planned. We had our 13 year old granddaughters and they enjoyed the sun room playing games. The deck and fire pit were perfect. There was plenty of room and decorated so cute!! We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!

Overall nice stay but mouse in a toilet freaked out

Otherwise clean and nice cottage but got freaked out a bit when we first used a bathroom, and there was a dead mouse in a toilet bowl. We flushed it, and gladly there weren't any issues with pests after that. But naturally we were a bit worried every time when used the bathroom, especially during the night.

Great cottage!

Very clean, cute, and comfortable cottage. Close to town. I sent the host a message a couple of times, and was answered very quickly! The view is on the side of the house. So, to see it, you have to go outside. There is a side porch, which we sat on every morning and watched the sunrise. There is also an enclosed back porch, but it faces the woods. The fire pit is on the side of the house as well. It is on an incline, and a bit rocky. We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very nice. Great location, clean, and comfortable.

Cutest cottage!

This place is a must-stay! We absolutely loved our stay. Lori was awesome, great communication, and very helpful when bad weather was headed our way. The cottage has a comfortable layout and plenty of space for everyone. We loved the fireplace and having two kitchens. Will definitely be back next time we're in Blue Ridge 🥰

This property is in a fantastic location! The listing is 100 percent accurate. Very close to blue ridge and McCaysville! The beds are very comfortable and the cabin has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again! Lori is also a great host and answered every question in a timely manner.

Great Mountains Getaway

Lovely cottage with great views. Beautiful heated porch was nice on a chilly day. Very clean, 2 bedrooms plus a great room with open kitchen. It's not secluded (there are neighbors in the area) but you have unimpeded mountain views. It's a "no food" booking with only a few spices on hand so bring essentials like oil to cook. Would book again if in area, very nice. Host very responsive and pleasant.

Mountain View Above the Trees

This property is perfect for a family or two! We only had three people, but you could have two families or a very large family at this property. There are three bedrooms, two kitchen’s and two living room areas. What a great place! The views were awesome looking over the mountain and the sunrise was breathtaking. The property was clean, in a great location to everything in the area, and the communication was great with the owner. Super easy process, we were sent the info well prior to our stay, and we had no issues at all during the check-in/check-out process. Would stay again if back in the area!

Great little getaway!!

The cabin was very clean upon arrival. Loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable! Nice touch with the bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main floor hair dryer did not work but the downstairs hair dryer did luckily! Beautiful view of distant mountains. The cabin is only a short drive from town. The only recommendation I would give is adding room darkening curtains for the little ones that go to bed early. Overall a great stay! Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!

Spectacular sunrise view!

We had a pleasant night. The power was out when we arrived, but Lori quickly notified us of the problem and when it had been resolved. The driveway is steep, but that's to be expected in the mountains. Beds are comfy, but made for taller people lol. There were a few spider webs, and a dead scorpion in the downstairs and a wasp got in, but otherwise no issues. The view of the sunrise was absolutely beautiful, definitely the best thing about the location. I would recommend this cabin to others.

Lovely Mountain Cottage

Mae's Cottage was everything described on the website. The place was clean, well stocked, decorated cute, bigger than was expected, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except for the TV...having huge football fans in the house and not being able to watch the games was a big issue. The host, Laura (very nice), was called and she explained we had to go to You Tube TV. We did, but during the first game, we never saw one minute of the game before the internet would stop streaming and it would say, "loading." This went on forever. We had to use our phones to keep up with the score and where we were in the game. We decided to test our luck on the next game...Ga. Bulldogs vs Mississippi State. Well, the same thing happened over and over for the first five minutes. Even though we had planned to stay in that night and cook and watch ball games, we ended up having to go out and spend money on food and drinks in order to watch the game. Overall, Mae's Cottage was fabulous except for the TV issues. I would definitely go back, but not during football season. Happy Thanksgiving!

Amazing cabin

We had a wonderful time staying in this cabin…it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The view was breath taking, we loved having s’mores by the fire, cooking in the well appointed kitchen and lounging around. So many fun things to do nearby; all in all a perfect getaway.

Awesome Girls Weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Blue Ridge. The house has great space, was super clean, had great views and comfy beds. Host was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the nice touches like the wine that was left for us! Plenty of parking, well-stocked kitchen and just a great stay to reconnect with some friends. Would rent again!
