Perfect downtown stay

We come to blue ridge every year for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay here at the Perch this year. It was perfect! Located in town so so could walk to everything but had enough privacy for just the two of us. Everything was very clean and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect for being a vendor at an art show in downtown Blue Ridge. It was clean, had everything you needed, and the view was beautiful too.

All went great and the staff was available and helpful:) More toilet paper (beyond only one spare roll) would be nice and the towel/robe hook by shower needs repair as it fell off the wall with first use.Thank you for good communication…

Incredible location!

The Perch Unit 1 did not disappoint. It could not be in a better location to access all the great eats, drinks, and shops in downtown Blue Ridge. ROE Restaurant on the bottom floor was great. When we needed to use the restroom, we took the elevator up to the condo. We will be back.

Above average stay

Great Location with designated parking, essential in downtown Blue Ridge. Unit was beautifully decorated, clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we were unable to access local TV channels as no cable was available, only streaming services. Maintenance was unable to resolve the problem. Four bath towels were provided but only two washcloths. Frustrating problem with hot water heater, which shuts off sporadically and does not restart without turning off the unit then turning back on. A definite problem when taking a shower.
