The host was very responsive when I needed help, but I wouldn't even have needed that had I first checked the very good Welcome book that was in an obvious spot. Little things I often don't find were great here, like a working and clean coffee maker with abundant pods, comfortable seating and beds (I'm often surprised to find those lacking), great TV setups (4!), and nice, clean dishes and dish washer. “Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors……
