“The property was lovely. My criteria is always cleanliness, good plumbing, and a working heater or AC. Check, check, and check. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking with one car was easy. Thoroughly recommend! ”

“Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!) ”

“Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors……

“Nice decor, fairly clean except for random hairs stuck to things. The backyard was nice for pets.The kitchen smelled like marijuana. Not sure why, we could not find the source it's just in the air. The sheets were washed with some incredibly strong smelling fabric softener and the smell was so potent we got headaches from it. The door to the master shower does not open more than 18 inches so if you're not a skinny person, you will not be getting into that shower. 15 minutes after our checkout……

“We came for the Big 12 basketball tournament and from check in process until we left this property was absolutely perfect and in the perfect location! 10 minutes from T-mobile center, right next to 39th street and State Line, nothing we did/or went to was farther than 15 minutes from this location and it was really easy to get to! It was exactly what we were looking for!”
