“This was a comfortable place and a perfect location for enjoying Kansas City. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a relatively short drive to the airport and recreational activities in KC. The house had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay.”

“This was quite comfortable and spacious. It was a regular home away from home with separate living room, kitchen and bedrooms all of which were well furnished with comfortable furniture, unlike many places I’ve stayed where the furniture is clearly cheap or old. The street was quiet and secluded, yet near enough to everything we wanted to see. I would recommend and will seek to stay again in the future.”

“Everything was great. Had an early check in it was a little difficult getting the code but it was resolved quickly . But after that everything was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect location for our family. ”

“Pet friendly place, exceptional clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable, fenced back yard a plus. Older home, clean and comfortable, does have a few quirks like most older homes, drawers that might not open, etc. neighborhood is older, but quiet. Not more than 10 minutes from big grocery store and shops. Only downside is one bathroom, but the shower water pressure is great. Would recommend installing a lighted magnifying makeup mirror with a swing arm for the ladies as the bathroom lighting……

“The floors were filthy when we arrived. After messaging the host, he had them cleaned. It should have been clean when we arrived. Thermostat kept changing itself back to a warmer temperature each day while we were gone. So we came back to a warm unit. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our dogs’ food dish. No hair dryer or broom, even though those things were listed as amenities. ”

“Great property with a relaxing environment could definitely be family friendly. Check in was simple. Host was attentive and available the whole stay. The property is located next to a gate to the chiefs stadium. There's plenty of shops within a 10 minute drive”

“Do not stay at this property. The pictures of the inside of the house are nice, notice there are no pictures of the neighborhood or outdoors spaces, this is for a reason. The house backs up to an extremely loud and busy street. The house is old and paper thin walls, we could hear every car and person walking by - ambulances all night and on the second night we heard gunshots in the distance. We felt unsafe and didn't sleep. When you turn on the water in the shower - brown water comes out for the……
