Voltamos para reclamar, ele queria cobrar outro valor pela mudanca do quarto. Negamos a pagar e assim sendo, nos mudou de quarto, que estava disponível. Nao entendi porque fez isso com a gente, que iriamos passar somente uma noite. 」

「We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. 」

「Schönes und sauberes Zimmer (wir hatten Standard Zimmer gebucht) und sehr schöne Anlage, sehr netter Empfang, reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Dinner (beide Auswahlen) war für unsern Geschmack nicht so gut. 」
