"The kitchen was not completely equipped, there was a pile of towels on the sofa ,sheets in the laundry room, coffe pot was not washed there was still old coffee from the previous guest, didn't have utensils for he grill.We were understanding about all those things , next day we ask if we could check out 30 minutes later, and instead of being reciprocal and understanding they wanted to charge 100 extra.Being understanding goes both ways."

"When we got to the cabin we were unable to lock and there was no information…we contacted the host and he had to give us the codeWe signed up for a cabin for three people would be able to sleep and was surprised that the futon did not have have sheets or blanketsI contacted the host and he kept arguing that they were in the cabin…which they were notOn the second day he said that we would not be charged for this and later he said that he had to charge us for the two daysI am not one to complain and I have never made this type of review but we felt that anyone who was interested in the cabin should know how our vacation went"

"Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to put the new one on, but it just seemed odd. The floor had sand and gravel pebbles throughout. Positives: The original cabin we were booked for was not ready so we were upgraded to a bigger cabin with two separate beds. That was a bonus, and we were charged the lesser price, which we appreciated. It was within walking distance of Pickleville Playhouse, which was on our list of things to do. The cabin was between the beach (6 minute drive) and the town (4 minute drive). The area was quiet, yet on the main drive. Overall, good stay. I think the cleaners need to do a better job, but we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Not only was this a gorgeous and spacious property but our hosts were so kind and accommodating. We had family and friends in town for our son’s wedding and this property was just perfect for all of us, from the extra room for each family to them graciously providing extra tables and chairs for us to host the rehearsal dinner- everything was perfect! "Terrible experience. I have several picture about the unit being very dirty and not up to standard. Also the WiFi/internet situation was non existent. There was no point in having a tv when there was no line. Couldn’t even stream from our phone. I literally had to go in town to use my work laptop for a few hours. Overall very inconvenient. On top of everything else my fiancée woke up with a rush on her face most likely due to the cleanliness of the pillow. I I understand that sometime things go wrong, a worker didn’t showed up to do their job maybe. Anyway spending what we did for a dirty place and no amenities is just not ok. Tried to reach out to management afterward to see if they wanted to fix things but I never got a reply. It's a pity because the location is nice and the cabins are charming. Just very poorly maintained, same as the bushy lot around it. "
