  • Your little Savoyard chalet "L'UBAC", awaits you in Bluffy between Lake Annecy and the Aravis mountains. <br><br>A pretty family estate composed of 3 independent chalets welcomes you in a quiet and enchanting setting in the middle of pines and fir trees to spend a pleasant family, sporty or relaxing holiday with a magnificent view of the mountain of the Dents de Lanfon. <br><br>The proximity of Lake Annecy (3 km) and the resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and La Croix Fry_ Manigod (between 20 and 25 km) give you access to many activities for all seasons.<br>Hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sledging (summer and winter)...<br>Tennis, via Ferrara, horse riding, adventure park, swimming pool, golf, paragliding over the lake (10 minutes from the most beautiful spot in Europe: Talloires), swimming, cycling and water sports on Lake Annecy...<br>For all tastes for all ages!<br><br>CHALET L'ADRET:<br>Cute chalet of 50 m2 with a maximum capacity of 4 people<br>Beds: 1 bedroom with double bed on the first floor + 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds (stair access see photo)<br><br>The chalet consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 kitchen.<br>As well as a terrace with garden furniture + Weber charcoal barbecue.<br><br>Equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue machines.<br><br> TV - WIFI<br><br>Our animal friends are not accepted (except for any small size (york type etc - additional costs to be expected). <br><br>For the entire estate: <br>Check-in from 4:30 pm<br>Departure max 10am<br><br>Sheets and towels are not provided. <br>Possibility of rental <br><br>The rental price does not include the cleaning of the chalet. I therefore thank you in advance for a complete cleaning before your departure.<br>If you want to enjoy your holiday to the end, a cleaning option is possible. The price is 70€ to be paid on site.<br><br> We look forward to welcoming you to the heart of our beautiful mountains:)

Très joli chalet (ubac) bien décoré, paisible et tranquille. Emplacement très ombragé idéal lors des fortes chaleurs. Très bien situé entre lac et montagne. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Le châlet conviendrait mieux à 1 cpuple avec enfants. Nous étions 4 de plus de 60 ans

Châlet très bien tenu et bien équipé dans un cadre très agréable. Petite difficulté pour monter à la mezzanine pour des personnes de plus de 60 ans.

Nous sommes venus passer le réveillon en famille (2 adultes et un bébé de 8 mois). Chalet propre, cocooning et conforme à la description. Accueil chaleureux. Tout est fonctionnel. Proche de la clusaz et d’Annecy. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation dans le chalet. Même porte de chambre fermée, nous entendions absolument tout. Cependant, cela n’a pas empêché que nous passions un très bon séjour ! Je recommande !

Un petit chalet pour respirer la montagne sur les hauteurs du lac d'annecy.Très bien placé. Pas de vis à vis. Terrasse appréciée pour profiter des soirées d'été. Tranquillité et repos garantis. Ideal pour un couple avec 2 enfants.La literie du lit 140 mériterait d'être remplacée (matelas en mauvais état). Mauvaises nuits de sommeil.Les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu viellots.Le debit internet et connexion WiFi est très mauvaise.Le coin barbecue est apprécié. Mais il faut veiller à le nettoyer avant son départ. Merci pour les nouveaux arrivants.Accueil agréable. Bonne disponibilité.

Das Chalet ist mit viel Mühe eingerichtet und wirkt schick und gemütlich. Man befindet sich in der Natur, aus dem Grundstück Blick auf Berge, den See sieht man nicht. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Negativ war leider das nicht vorhandene WLAN - man konnte eine Textnachricht verschicken, mehr ging wirklich nicht. Das kann man nicht WLAN nennen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat eine Matratze mit deutlicher Absenkung in der Mitte. So ist man immer in die Mitte gerollt und konnte zu zweit eigentlich nicht schlafen. Zusätzlich ist die Hütte extrem hellhörig. Insgesamt nett und eine witzige Unterkunft, aber deutlich zu teuer für das, was man bekommt.

Einfach toll

Wir waren mit unseren Söhnen (6&8 Jahre) in der Unterkunft. Es war perfekt. Nahe des Sees, in einer ruhigen Straße, ein schattiger Garten und ein gemütliches Haus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir kommen wieder!

2 jours au calme!

Magnifique chalet, sous les sapins, au calme et proche des randonnées et d'Annecy. Au niveau équipement, très bien ; nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours mais sur une période de 3 ou 4 semaines un lave-vaisselle serait le bienvenu, peut-être aussi un lave-linge! Les placards à vaisselle sont un peu trop haut pour les gens petits, mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Sinon, parfait et gentillesse de Jessica!
