"Casa muito bem localizada, fácil acesso, local tranquilo e seguro. Imóvel bom, conservado e atende toda necessidade, somente dois quartos tem ar condicionado. Um quarto na parte de baixo fora do apto estava com a parede descascada e bem mofada, atrapalhou bastante por conta do cheiro forte de mofo.
