「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「We loved the Palazzo Grillo. Yes, it is a registered UNESCO World Heritage site and a wonderfully restored hotel that seamlessly blends a palazzo built in 1545 with 21st-century conveniences. 「Second time staying here and that is for this reason, this place is great, best hotel in the region, a bit off the main drag in a good way, steps from beach, restaurants, grocery store, cafe etc. the staff is amazing the breakfast is actually pretty decent by Italian standards.
