My very first time at the hotel. It's truly amazing. The sea and the mountains are breathtaking. The staff is very accommodating, from the reception to everyone else. My room had a balcony where I could just relax and enjoy the view also. This truly is a hotel that I would come back to, when I'm in Bodrum. Ottimo hotel, anche se i servizi non sono da 5 stelle (solo qualche esempio: nella stanza non c'è accappatoio o veline per pulire il trucco, al ristorante sono fornite salviette di carta), posizione incantevole, direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata in una caletta con mare cristallino, bella piscina di dimensioni generose, spa con piscina coperta e palestra (da curare di più). Eccellente hard all inclusive, cucina varia, più adatta ad una clientela locale. Colazione leggermente carente per le abitudini italiane. Personale gentile e disponibile, peccato parlasse solo turco...

Service is not good. There was times where I stayed at dirty tables and when I would ask the staff where to sit, they would shrug and walk away. I would have to ask for clean forks, glasses and if you want your own drink you need to get it yourself. Also not sure why if breakfast starts at 7am we have to wait until 730 to get an omelet made or eggs made. I feel like if they had more staff the problems would be fixed. You could also tell the manager was trying a lot to keep up with the busy time and that he cared. With that being said, those are minor to me and the food is good and beach is amazing (other than the fact that other people that are not part of the hotel use it and it’s not really regulated) but it’s nice having an umbrella and chairs. MAKE SURE TO GO EARLY FOR CHAIRS!! The room itself is clean and they even decorated our room for our honeymoon which is appreciated. I would stay here again if I come back to Bodrum.

We stayed at AZKA hotel for 5 nights. This is the 4th time we have stayed at a 5 star all inclusive hotel in Türkiye. AZKA was billed as an ultra all inclusive 5 star hotel. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at, I would say it’s more like a 3 star hotel at best. The worst part of the stay was the food. It was cheap, badly done, with very little choice. Even something as simple as cutting fruit such as water melons was done as if by a 5 year old child. Very few staff who were on the whole totally inattentive. Availability of any snacks or drinks other than main buffet restaurant was totally limited with locked refrigerators of water bottles. In other hotels, we were inundated with servers offering food, drinks and snacks. At AZKA this does not happen at all. And the Ala carte restaurants are chargeable. We had the same feedback from other UK guests there who were similarly disappointed. I would never go there again.

Our stay at Azka Hotel did not fully meet our expectations. The check-in process felt somewhat disorganized and could have been handled more smoothly. That said, the hotel has a fantastic location, with beautiful views and convenient access to both the beach and the town, which is a definite highlight. The room had a few issues – the door lock battery needed to be replaced, and the bathroom wallpaper was starting to come loose. Breakfast was acceptable, but could benefit from more variety. Parts of the hotel also appeared to be undergoing renovation during our stay. Service was somewhat inconsistent; some staff seemed less attentive, and guest engagement could be improved. Overall, the hotel has good potential, but there are several areas that would benefit from improvement to match expectations.

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities, comfy rooms with beautiful view of the marina. Baram was so attentive in the restaurant. Lovely food in the restaurant. Loved that you can travel in to Bodrum town via taxi or boat from the marina.
