Because I needed hot water for a shower

After 3 complaints and two bad reviews for NO HOT WATER, I promised them I would give a 5 star rating if they would turn on the hot water heater. They did on Day 3 so here is the 5 star review. But the hotel owner keeps two very large dogs in the center courtyard and they often howl at passing cats betwwen 2a and 5a waking up many of the guests.

Pool steps are very slippery. I, as well as two other guests, was hurt by slipping into the pool. I brought the issue to the attention of the reception. His response was that they are aware of it but can't do much. I had booking for 3 people but rather than having two beds we were given one double bed and a very hard couch. Not convenit at all.

It was a nice stay for a couple of nights in Izmir. The lady who arranged/served the breakfast was very nice and professional. She was very particular about how it displays, which is important and it can easily neglected especially when you are very busy. She took care of things in a courteous manner. Also, Omer at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with more than enough variety of food to choose from. Location is great with about a 10-15 minute walk to main shopping strip, beach and restaurants. We really loved the hotel and will definetly stay there again if we go back to Bodrum.

6 gece otelde konakladım. Sadece 1 kez oda temizliği yapıldı. Havlularda saç telleri vardı. Temizliğe çok önem verdiğim için bu biraz beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Otelin ortak alanları tatlıydı. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve güzeldi. Özellikle kahvaltıda biten her şeyi hemen eklemelerini beğendim. Konum olarak merkeze 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Daha yakın bir yer seçmekte fayda olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Otele geldigimizde hava oldukca sicakti. Giris saatini beklerken Humeyra Hanim’in bize limonata ikram etmesi cok nazik bir jestti. Kendisi cok guler yuzlu ve ilgiliydi. Hem Humeyra Hanim’in hem de Hava Hanim’in sicak yaklasimlari ve enerjileri kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi 😌 Otelde en memnun kaldigim sey kesinlikle sabah kahvaltilariydi. Her urun ozenle hazirlanmisti; cesit cesit, taptaze ve lezzetliydi. Gercekten cok keyif alarak kahvalti yaptik. Havuz da gayet temiz ve guzeldi. Odamizdan genel olarak memnun kaldik. Sadece dusakabinin icinde sampuan vb. koymak icin bir rafin olmamasi biraz eksiklikti ama onun disinda her sey yeterliydi ve rahatti. Tekrar tercih edecegim, huzurla konaklayabilecegim bir otel ☺️

Çalışanlar kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Odanın lambası yanmıyordu diğer aydınlatmalar ile idare ettik.odada İlk gün 2 şişe su vardı dolapta, kettle ve yanında nescafe,süt tozu ve çay vardı. Bunlar diğer günlerde yenilenmedi. Kahvaltı yeterli mükemmeli aramıyorsanız. Havuz temiz, oturma alanları şık ve yeterli oldu. Çok titiz değilseniz hijyende fena değildi.
