Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't as good as I expected. The décor and furnishings felt old and dated, and the overall appearance could do with some modernisation. It didn't have the fresh, modern feel I was hoping for.

Amazing resort with lots of great facilities of pool, SPA and water slides. Food was available nearly ever hour of the day as breakfast, lunch and dinner were for long hours with snacks in between. Quality of food is good if not excellent but desserts were the highlight of the main meals. The only thing I wish they could have done better is to have more English speaking staff as it’s difficult to communicate. Also, better quality of bedding as there were no duvets just scratchy sheets.

Wir haben 3 Nächte bei dem Hotel verbracht und ca. 110 Euro Pro Nacht bezahlt, das Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne mehr und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels ist sehr gut, deshalb gebe ich dieses Hotel 5 Sternen, Das Essen war Ok, allerdings könnte noch besser sein.

The hotel is excellent , very big, has everything in it with amazing views, we liked the village rooms and the walking around, and the working staff were nice. The food is very good, although almost same menu everyday with no variety. Since i suffer from some food allergies, i had some issues with it, even though the food at the hotel labeled with allergy signs, not everything was labeled correctly and clearly, and the staff didn’t always know how to help or answer me.

Que des problèmes pour le nettoyage. Trop de monde dans l’hôtel pas moyen de trouver une place pour se coucher et profiter de la piscine. Aucune discipline et politesse des travailleurs. La nourriture est presque toujours le meme et le coin pâtisserie n’a plus rien en stock à 17h00 malgré qu’il doit fermer à 18h00 (la réponse du travailleur est je ne sais rien faire ils ont tout mangé). Mme Sevcan qui s’occupe de gérer l’équipe du nettoyage, elle nous a promis de nettoyer à nouveau la chambre mais aucune tache n’a été effectuée. Apres avoir parler un chef le lendemain ils ont fais le nécessaire juste avant notre dernière nuit. Horrible comme expérience je regrette énormément.

Not a 5 star experience

Unfortunately I can’t say this hotel matches its 5 star status. There were some positives: - the pool area is great, no fight for sunbeds at all but this may have been because it was September. - the beach area is also really nice and the seafood restaurant at night was absolutely fabulous - the room was cleaned everyday with no problems However, overall we were quite disappointed, especially with the food. The buffet doesn’t change much each day and my partner found that there was never really much meat on offer. I found the selection extremely beige with pasta, fried food, chips, and more carbs on offer every single night. There just wasn’t many appealing options at all. We actually resorted to eating out in Bodrum, which unfortunately was extremely expensive so be aware of high prices. To get to bodrum the hotel try to offer you a transfer of €50 return - do not take it. A yellow cab is 600 Lira / 13 euros. We were only staying for a week and you are only granted 1 meal at one of the restaurants in the hotel, which is a shame. The room was adequate but very worn and tired. There is no iron in the room (they charge extra to iron anything). In general, we did not find the staff friendly at all, and did not at all feel welcome throughout the hotel. The only staff member who was friendly was ayaz at the Starbucks cafe - he works extremely hard on his own. The drinks are also really inconsistent across all the bars. If you’re looking for a “wow” 5 star, this isn’t the one.

This properly is located on a beautiful beach. Although we did not mind, there's a lot of distance between the villages and the main building (which has the restaurants, cafes, etc.) Get ready to walk A LOT. The food was horrible. They didn't have a lot of variety, and the quality of the food were poor. My fiance and I got food poisoning. When they took us to their private clinic (we were forced to pay 645 Euros), they falsified the facts on the paper to make the hotel look good. Instead of claiming the illness was due to food poisoning, they wrote heat stroke (accuracy is important when claiming insurance in the US). They prescribed us antibiotics, you do not need antibiotics for heat stroke. They treated us poorly. We had to tell the clinic to wear gloves when withdrawing blood. They did not care about my fiance's wellbeing. Similarly at the hotel's nurse, they used a phone's flashlight to check his throat. Very unprofessional and lack of integrity of both the clinic and the nurse of the hotel. The room wasn't being cleaned properly. They left the bathrooms dirty (not disinfected). We tried changing the hotels, however due to time differences/complications by Expedia, we could not change hotels. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. There are nicer hotels nearby. Since this is a 5-star hotel we completely had different expectations but they failed us miserably. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. However the management needs to change immediately.

Hotelli mainostaa itseään 5 tähden hotellina, mutta sanoisin että se on lähellä 3 tähteä. Kun menimme huoneeseemme, olimme toivoneet kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä, mutta saimme parisängyn. Huoneen tv:ssä luki jonkun muun asiakkaan nimi, mistä valitimme hotelliin ja sanoivat että se on tekninen vika. Tämä rikkoo gdpr - lakia. Kysyin näkyykö minun nimeni jonkun muun huoneessa, niin ei kuulemma,koska nimeni ei ole systeemissä, miten sitten toisen asiakkaan nimi oli? Emme saaneet hotellilta edes pahoitteluita tästä tai mitään hyvitystä. Meille tuli yllätyksenä vaikka hotelli mainostaa itseään ultra all inclusive - konseptina, että vain ala carte ravintolat - kuuluvat 1 ravintola / per joka neljäs yö. Eli olimme viikon ja saimme mennä vain yhden kerran ala carte ravintolaan syömään. Buffet lounas ja illallinen oli melko samaa koko viikon ajan. Tästä ei ole mitään mainintaa heidän nettisivuillaan. Huoneet olivat vanhanaikaisia, kaipaavat uudistusta. WC & suihkutilat huonossa kunnossa, suihkuverhot haisivat kauheilta ja kylpyhuone tulvi aina suihkun jälkeen. Vesihana vuoti ja hiustenkuivaaja haisi palaneelta. Huoneiden siivous toteutettiin pikatyyliin, saimme allergiaa kokolattiamatosta ja huoneen siivouksen kanssa oltiin huolimattomia muutenkin. Lakanat olivat kulahtaneita ja oli inhottavaa nukkua nyplääntyneissä lakanoissa. Myös uima-altaan pyyhkeet usein likaisia ja loppu. Huoneiden ilmastointi sammuu automaattisesti, jos avaat parvekkeen oven, tästäkään ei sanottu meille mitään.

The location of the resort is great and the staff are welcoming. However, the buildings are tacky and the interior is old. The service is very poor. Although I stayed in the grand suit, the bath was leaking and it hasn’t been fixed until I left the resort, despite complaining. The buffet needs more improvement in terms of the variety of meals and quality. If those are improved, the resort would be the best, given its great location and welcoming staff.

Skuffende opphold

Skuffende!! Først og fremst kom ikke taxi som vi hadde bestilt via hotellet fra flyplassen. Vi kom midt på natten. Senere skulle det vise seg at hotellet oppga over dobbel så dyr pris som det egentlig kostet. Da vi kom frem beklagde de ikke en gang. Vi fikk kun romkortene og ingen annen info fra personalet om verken måltidstider, fasiliteter eller noe annet. Internett fungerte heller ikke på rommet før dagen etter. Hotellet ser mye finere ut på bilder enn i virkeligheten og lever absolutt ikke opp til forventninger om et 5stjerners hotell. Vi var der i 9 dager og på disse dagene var det ikke EN person som snakket godt engelsk av personalet. Maten var så og si aldri varm og det var INGEN corona tiltak ifht bufet, bortsett fra sprit-dispensere som nesten alltid var tomme. Nest siste dagen var det mimimalt utvalg av mat da de skulle stenge hotellet dagen etter (men man betaler likevel fullpris). De hadde ikke cola-zero de 4siste dagene i det hele tatt. Stranda var IKKE som på bildene, mørk og steinete, og rett ved en annen strand full av søppel. Slitte ramper i vannet. Over halve strandpromenaden var stengt og så helt forlatt ut. Da vi skulle spise og trengte parasoll til 2 åringen fikk vi ikke det fordi de var slått opp (elendig service). Minidisco fra kl 20.45, ALT for sent. På tilbakeveien bestilte vi også taxi via hotellet og presiserte at vi MÅTTE ha barnesete. Når taxi kom hadde de ikke barnesete. Vært i tyrkia flere ganger - dårligste opplevelse hittill.
