Gute Lage, aber in den Ecken relativ schmutzig

Die Unterkunft „Sundevit“ liegt sehr nah am Strand, in direkter Umgebung ist ein kleiner Spielplatz sowie mehrere tolle Restaurants. Die Wohnung selbst war relativ schmutzig (unter dem Bett, hinter Nachtschränken, im Bad) und auch die extra gebuchte Bettwäsche war in keinem guten Zustand (Geschirrhandtuch fehlte, Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch - das kann auch an dem Waschmittel gelegen haben - und hatte defekte Verschlüsse). Die Betten waren recht unbequem und der dringend nötige Staubsauger hatte kaum Saugleistung. War dennoch mit etwas Geduld zu benutzen. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Für den Preis alles in Ordnung und für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen!

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Fewo ist geräumig und gemütlich, in einer schönen Anlage, die in der Nachsaison ruhig liegt. 200 m bis zum Strand ist perfekte und mut dem Auto schnell in den umliegende Orten. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gemütliches Ferienhaus, in einem Ferienhaus-Dorf

Wir waren nur für ein Wochenende dort und hatten alles, was man braucht (inkl. Babyausstattung - das Reisebett wurde hoffentlich mittlerweile gegen ein neues, funktionierendes ausgetauscht). Unsere Wohnung war eine von 4 in dem Ferienhaus, wir waren unten. Da es keinerlei Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse gibt, fühlt man sich sehr beobachtet - sowohl auf der Terrasse als auch drinnen - man nutzt drinnen die Plissees als Sichtschutz, aber dann ist es halt auch nicht so schön hell und man kann nicht nach draußen sehen - die Häuser stehen schon ziemlich dicht beieinander...Sauberkeit war in Ordnung - da unserem Kleinkind häufig mal was runter fällt oder unter die Möbel rutscht, haben wir gesehen, dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wird (unter den Regalen, Sofa, Bett nicht so wirklich - wir haben ein paar Dinge von Vormietern / anderen Kindern gefunden). Man kann die Schlafzimmer gut abdunkeln und die Betten waren bequem. Badezimmer ist schön (wenn man eigene Handtücher mitbringt, bitte Duschvorleger nicht vergessen) und in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was man so braucht (inkl. Filtertüten ohne Ende, bisschen Kaffee und Gewürze) - einzig etwas Baby-Geschirr hat uns gefehlt, man hat schon ein mulmiges Gefühl, wenn man den Kids Porzellan-/Steingutteller hinstellt... Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, es ist schön dort und wir würden es wieder buchen...

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

FW mit Terrasse, Gartenmöbel vorhanden, in einem 4-Parteien-Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, das Grundstück nicht eingefriedet, was uns nicht gestört hat. In einem mitgekauften Wäschepaket fehlte ein Handtuch, wurde nachgeliefert. Geschirrtücher wurden mit Hinweis auf Corona, obwohl im Paket enthalten nicht geliefert.???? Alles roch stark nach Waschmittel, für den einen ein Frischegefühl, unser Ding war es nicht. Endreinigung wurde ungenügend ausgeführt, die Kaffeemaschine unbrauchbar, das Backblech im Ofen Totalschaden, Einzelheiten erspare ich mir hier. Nach etwas zähen Telefonaten mit Vermieter und Verwalter wurde eine neue Kaffeemaschine und Backblech geliefert, die Küche nachgereinigt, Vermieter erstattet € 60,00 auf mein Konto. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und Möglichkeit zum sicheren Abschließen von Fahrrädern direkt vor der Haustür, super. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns dann doch wohl gefühlt. Börgerende hat einen schönen Strand, hochwertige Restaurants und auch preiswerte Möglichkeiten für kleine Essen. Jeden Morgen frische Brötchen in zwei kleine Läden ganz in der Nähe erhältlich. Übrigens auch "Cafe to go", falls die Kaffeemaschine mal nicht verfügbar ist. Fahrradfahren in alle Richtungen möglich, manche Wege sind jedoch noch ausbaufähig, was an vielen Stellen auch tatsächlich geschieht. Wir kommen wieder nach Börgerende!

Erholung pur

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung die nicht weit von der Düne entfernt ist. Abend kann man mit geöffnetem Fenster mit dem zu hörendem Meeresrauschen einschlafen;-)). Und zur jetzigen Jahreszeit ist es zum Glück nicht überlaufen. Einfach ideal für lange Strandspaziergänge.

Unser Urlaub im Oktober

Die Wohnung ist hinsichtlich Aufteilung und Ausstattung ansprechend. Zeitweise waren alle vier Wohnungen im Haus belegt, was jedoch kaum zu merken war. Auch der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem können wir das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Schöne Weihnachtstage

Für 3 Erwachsene genügend Platz. Wir haben selbst gekocht. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was wir dazu benötigten. Ein Kamin im Winter ist auch etwas schönes. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Kurzurlaub eine Woche

Soweit war alles sehr gut. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele für Groß und Klein. Sehr nah zum Strand. Einziges Manko sind die Matratzen im zweiten Zimmer, diese sind wirklich nur für kleine Kinder geeignet, da sie sehr dünn und viel zu durchgelegen sind.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, der Strand ist Fußläufig.

Im großen Ganzen ist es eine schöne/ moderne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage. An der ein oder anderen Ecke wurde es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so genau genommen. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und wieder anmieten.
