The ground floor apartment has a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom and another bedroom. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay in the entire area of the apartment and on cold days it receives support from the stove, which guarantees a cozy atmosphere.
Of course, television and radio reception is provided.
A free parking space is in front of the house.
Chairs and a table are available for breakfast on the terrace.
Children's travel bed and a high chair are available for the smallest guests.

Börgerende offers the charm of a small Baltic Sea idyll and yet you hardly have to do without anything. There is a cafe nearby, the ice bar and several restaurants, a mini golf course, bike rental and the equestrian center are within walking distance.
They like to cook, everything included. Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine are on site.

For the long walks it is advisable to walk east to Nienhagen through the Gespennsterwald. Refreshments are available. On the beach to the west you get to Bad Heiligendamm and with a bit of perseverance to Kühlungsborn. However, it is better with the bike, which can be rented on site. Börgerende is located directly on the Convent Lake, which is a protected area.
If you like to be under steam and want to take the train, the narrow-gauge railway "Molli" is recommended. This runs between Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan with the mighty Münster as a destination. The proximity to the Ostseepark and the Hanseatic city of Rostock is ideal for a stroll through the city harbor followed by a shopping tour. We continue towards Mönchshagen in Karls Erlebnisdorf - an experience for the whole family!
