「Great customer service checking in」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「We loved the tents and the scenery! All I would say is that we should have brought our own water and lighter for the stove. The lighter there was out of butane. Maybe adding a frying pan and a few more plates would help too. Or just making sure people know to bring everything they normally would for camping without electricity. Would stay here again!」

「The hubs had a meeting in Sisterdale and this location was simply perfect. House was super clean,comfy beds and cold AC. Plus it’s pupper friendly so our Clyde dog got a weekend away from cow duty. 」
